- Work on cool technologies.
- Internal rotation.
- Chance to see the company's overall flow.
- Better leave policies than other companies.
- Easy to get leaves. I've seen some of my colleagues take 1-2 day leaves by just sending an email a few days earlier.
- Not sure about the package, but in my case, I was given a 67% hike when I joined, which was better than counter offers I had from Deloitte. Hence, I can say they pay their employees well.
- No log-off or log-in time. You have to mention your work hours in the workday tool, which will be auto-approved.
- Opportunity to work with the best minds. This will enhance/polish skills.
- Option to work from home permanently.
- If you choose to work from home permanently, the company will pay 500 USD or 30K INR.
- No onsite opportunities.
- Yearly hikes are not very beneficial.
- Start internal movement across the country
- Internal hikes could be better
