Once a decent place to work, but not anymore
Pay is decent, and benefits (health insurance, annual bonus, etc.) are nice too.
They are slowly stripping away the flexibility of remote/hybrid working that made this place a good company to work for.
Also, constant reorgs and quiet layoffs have ruined employee morale and made it hard to buy into what we are trying to achieve with our own work.
