Dell has a rigid technical peer review. Everyone is asked the same questions, followed by a manager interview. The interview is generally fairly simple, but it does help weed out those that do not belong.

Recruiter phone call, followed by a take-home coding challenge. Since the position was for a front-end engineer, the coding challenge problem was to create a responsive web page. I delivered my best, but the result was not fruitful. I simply received
