My selection process was a little weird. I had done all my interviews with the business and was also approved without knowledge about the salary and benefits. I mean, only after being approved, HR talked to me and explained the salary, benefits, and job conditions, so I found this a little strange.
On my onboarding process, I missed a better-defined process.
To define a focal point/mentor for a new hire.
