Pros

The pro is just having a Big Tech name on your CV. The salary is average; sometimes, there are smaller companies with higher salaries for lower positions.

Cons

Every 6 months, there are murmurs within the company about layoffs, which is not healthy at all. According to my boss, there's a ranking that works something like this: 20/70/10. The top 20% "top performers" get promoted, the 70% keep their jobs, and the remaining 10% are laid off. This is per team. If you're on a very good team, where everyone is exceptional and delivers outstanding results, at least one person will still be laid off. The "top performers" is nothing more than politicking. To get promoted, sometimes it only happens when you threaten to leave the company.

Advice to Management

A liderança é extremamente rude quando se está no aviso prévio. Total falta de profissionalismo.
