Good Benefits, Storage Erosion
From my experience, Dell are one of the better employers in the EU. A typical big corp, but with nice benefits.
A lot of good managers, and a lot of bad managers.
I am ex-EMC and I am sad to see the storage portfolio of products and services slowly being eroded, along with a lot of the outcome-based sales people.
