The interview was very smooth. Both interviews I had were panel interviews. Be yourself and it will go great. They really want to know what experience you have and how you can help their team.

I had a small conference call after the coding interview. It was mostly related to basic concepts of programming, but later it moved on to algorithms. I failed because algorithms are not something I am good at, sadly.

I completed a few interviews for Dell, but I didn't receive a response for weeks. I ended up accepting a different offer. The interviews were fairly easy and almost entirely behavioral.
