Was great, but not sure now after recent changes
Great work-life balance compared to local companies.
After the pandemic, Dell asked employees to go to the office five days a week. After frequent workforce reductions, it's not sure how these impact those who still stay there.
Same work for fewer people. Not so balanced anymore, I guess.
