Avoid joining this company, it's full of politics. Every day they are firing 10-12 people and, to keep alive in the market, they are conducting numerous interviews with no offers.

Worst management. Your boss may be 32-34 years of age with no management skills. If someone is able to service more than 7-8 years, they are promoting them as managers. They may or may not possess management skills. Most of the managers you will find have no management skills.

The company is undergoing a financial crunch because of bad management, I would say, and they are firing people like anything.

First, remove incapable managers before firing the actual workforce, who are productive.
