Good for the resume, the Dell name. A giant monolith to learn a lot about how not to make software.
- Micro-management culture.
- If you join the Indian project, get out; totally disorganized and no room for growth.
- No automation, everything manual, with Excel spreadsheets to track activities.
- Remote work doesn't exist for the company; you're just a number. Even at events, they don't give you the opportunity to even participate in the Q&A.
- Outdated salary. Worst company I've ever worked for.
