Overall, a good company, but the merger and privatization are killing the charm
Good work-life balance, at-par salary packages.
The privatization motto is very unclear, causing a lot of attrition. The merger between companies bought is causing a lot of concern among current employees. Currently, there are not many opportunities to change groups due to the uncertainty of the merger and pre-privatization.
ESG leadership is causing a lot of concern among employees and should be handled properly by Michael Dell to avoid further attrition.
