Global exposure, good salary, work-life balance. Extremely good care is taken for female employees. Technology-driven, with lot of learning opportunities funded by the company.
Product company, so don't expect onshore opportunities. Compared to services companies, Dell pays well, but it still does not sit at the top like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, or Facebook.
