On-campus placement: The process was not very good. I got my chance at the very end, when most vacancies were already filled. It was also based on luck.

The interview consisted of several rounds. Aptitude and other rounds. The technical round was the most interesting, and finally, the HR round to just tell you that you are through and we are happy to have you work for the organization. :)

I joined the company through campus recruitment. Two interviews were scheduled on the same day. One was a technical round, and the other was an HR round. The results of the interviews were announced that same evening.
