From my perspective, Dell has been a great employer. I've been with them about 7 years, and they have a decent work-life balance. For example, they allowed me to work from home full-time.
There are other tech companies that hire at higher salaries, but most of those companies are looking for people with 5+ years of experience.
No advice for management at this time.
