Pros

Free accessories for employees and enough personal time off.

Cons

Many senior employees, 15+ years, have already exited Dell due to horrible leadership and not providing career growth. On the other hand, they have money to pay big consulting companies who produce only PPTs. They only hire MBA grads who have never been through any technical experience or degree and make them lead things like "digital transformation" and technology strategy.

Advice to Management

Wake up before it's too late.

When other companies were innovating in the cloud, you all were talking about bringing things on-premise
