Pros

The latest hardware and software technologies are available to learn new skills and harden your existing ones.

Then move on to your next role.

Working from home is encouraged and supported.

If you need help from a peer, they will give you a hand, but don't expect them to do the heavy lifting.

Great place to build a professional network and find out the latest internal news.

Cons

Constant reorganizations. In five years, I've had four first-line managers, and they all wanted different results.

Advice to Management

Don't disregard one-on-one meetings with employees and keep coaching them. Be honest if they aren't responding fast enough.
