If you stay for 10+ years, don't expect your salary to multiply even 2x. Management treats loyal employees unfairly unless you speak the local language.

Poor salary hikes occur in cycles unless a promotion happens. Still, a team member joining from outside at the same level has at least 20% higher salary than you.

Politics from senior management at the site level.

Biased culture based on region/languages from senior management (just look at hiring/promotion practices followed).

Advice to Management

Treat employees fairly and with respect. Don't take loyalty for granted and push loyal people hard to a point where they don't care anymore.
