If you stay for 10+ years, don't expect your salary to multiply even 2x. Management treats loyal employees unfairly unless you speak the local language.
Poor salary hikes occur in cycles unless a promotion happens. Still, a team member joining from outside at the same level has at least 20% higher salary than you.
