I have been with Dell Technologies for 3+ years now and am loving the dynamic and challenging work we do.
The scope is immense, and the organization provides excellent opportunities to learn and grow.
Developers wanting to learn and grow would find Dell Technologies an excellent organization.
Dell Digital management is tuned in to provide a good developer experience and bring in best practices to the work we do every day.
The company has fully embraced hybrid work and has the support mechanisms in place for employees to work from home.
This is not a CON, rather a word of caution. Dell Technologies is a very large organization moving very fast towards a defined future state. You need to be agile and smart to survive and grow in this space.
Also, we need to interact and work together with teams from multiple geographies, so we need to have good soft skills and be willing to be flexible with our work timings.
