Leaders don't know anything about Software Engineering
There are few good products like DDC (yes, it could be better, but still).
Salary is good for new joiners who joined during the Covid era.
Nothing else is good.
Leaders like Directors or VPs don't know what they want to build. They wasted multiple years building Apex, which was wrong from the beginning, but they kept going until they closed the entire BU.
Now they want to tell the world they have some unique abilities to do something in AI. There are a few good engineers in the company, but leaders don't know what to build or how to utilize the talent.
So, people who are not laid off yet are finally leaving.

I had three rounds of interviews: * Recruiter screen * Technical * Managerial Later, I had a couple of discussions about the package. An HR round was officially scheduled but cancelled at the last minute. I was told the position went on hold.
