Amazing company to work for
I have freedom to innovate and use new technologies and frameworks. Also, people are very nice and ethical because this is the most ethical company in the world.
The company is very inclusive; it doesn't matter your color, orientation, religion, or any other attribute. Managers have a people-first, and not project-first, mentality.
Mental and physical well-being is very important at the company, including step challenges, stretching sessions, meditation practice, and several lectures on many different topics.
Sometimes it is very bureaucratic to get other teams' engagement. It is usually a problem in very big companies.

Senior Principal Software Engineer
I had three rounds of interviews: * Recruiter screen * Technical * Managerial Later, I had a couple of discussions about the package. An HR round was officially scheduled but cancelled at the last minute. I was told the position went on hold.
