Good work-life balance, but not very competitive compensation
Good work-life balance, self-supervised responsibilities, job security used to be more stable. The company looks to have a good plan for competing in the coming world of AI.
Compensation is not as competitive. Stocks are offered only to higher-ups. Job security has been insecure lately.
Let all employees be invested in the company's future.
This can be achieved by offering stocks and including as many different organizations as possible in initiatives that drive the shared vision and spirit.

I had three rounds of interviews: * Recruiter screen * Technical * Managerial Later, I had a couple of discussions about the package. An HR round was officially scheduled but cancelled at the last minute. I was told the position went on hold.
