Salary and benefits are fair.
The environment is not conducive to getting the best results. Leadership makes too many mistakes. Poor leadership skills. Employees hired as remote were misguided and forced to choose a remote option that limited their upward mobility and opportunities. Employees were directed to give good survey results to management to paint a better picture than actually experienced.
My advice to management is to manage your employees instead of being so concerned about your own personal gains.
