- Frequent org changes, and after the DellEMC merger, lots of good top leaders left.
- Every year, workforce reduction as part of org changes creates uncertainty. It's not sure if this still continues.
- Work-life balance depends upon the project.
- Bring out some initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Be more tech-oriented, although it's already on the path.
- Invest in people and maintain the work culture.
- Being process-oriented is good, but too much process can reduce productivity and transparency.
