Environment & Culture Health Insurance Many teams you can move internally very easily.

Cons

The salaries here are low compared to other companies nearby, and even lower compared to other markets. They rely on their well-known name to bring in new talent, but then pay too little, which makes people lose motivation and passion. They don’t mind if people leave and make no effort to keep them. Hiring is tough because they have high standards but low pay. Lower-level managers have no say in salaries or promotions; only upper management makes those decisions.

Advice to Management

They should focus more on their people and how others see them.
