Entered during the pandemic, and during that time we were able to work from home permanently with a RM300 allowance for transport. To encourage WFH, they provided us with an internet allowance. The benefits of both the transport allowance and internet allowance were removed around 1-2 years later. Most recently, they forced us back to the office at least 3 times a week.
Too much of a contradiction of policy. They introduced a new policy only for it to be changed in a year or two's time.
