It has a lot of learning opportunities here, especially if you came from a smaller company prior. You get to learn to use a lot of tools and best practices that are widely used in the industry.
Some training and online courses are also provided by the company for free if you want to improve your knowledge and skill.
There are many fun activities and competitions held within the company that feels like a mini university experience as well.
Since this is a multi-national company, at times you are expected to have discussions with your colleagues who live in different time zones (e.g., India, US). Therefore, you may need to reserve some time during the evening or night to have a call with them.
