  1. Discriminating work culture in the Dublin Premier team.

  2. Managers give fake information during interviews regarding projects and technologies. In reality, it's the opposite. Do not trust the recruitment team or the managers, who are extremely biased.

  3. No technical scope.

  4. Interviews are fixed, and managers give special treatment to referral hires.

  5. Employees will never get equal opportunities at Dell.

  6. It's a total time wastage and overhead to join this company.

  7. Processes are not transparent.

  8. Managers change their statements more than any political party leader.

Advice to Management
  1. Stop discriminating against employees for your personal benefit and don't provide fake information about the company.
  2. Stop spoiling Dell's reputation due to your unprofessional and discriminating attitude.
