Remote work is encouraged, and there is an emphasis on work/life balance for employees.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are below average. Too much is emphasized on process compared to the importance of customers and the positive impact of developing features.

Advice to Management

Focus on customer needs to build better products. The process is important to a point. If we can't ship a product, the process doesn't really solve the situation.
