Culture is amazing, true diversity, and people are respectful. You feel free and safe to be who you are. Good salary.
It really depends on the team, but I found in my experience that development processes are convoluted, things move very slow, and there are lots of bureaucracy. A lot of time is wasted in unproductive meetings as well.
