Good company for work-life balance.
No cons as such. Always preferred company.
The technical interview was good. There was a panel of 5 interviewers. Additionally, I had a one-on-one interview with 2 senior managers. The HR department was very responsive throughout the whole process.
The interview process was nice and pretty common, with usual questions. The coding part was very interesting as they invented a specific open service for such tasks. These were normal questions, no rocket science, as it's not relevant to my position.
Phone screen. Approximately 6-hour on-site interview with 6 people. Multiple technical interviews. Lunch interview. Final management interview. Discussions. Many technical questions. Why do you want to work at Dell?
