Very good work-life balance. Migrating to newer technologies like .NET Core and Cloud. You have very good flexibility and a friendly team.
At the end, there's no work-life balance. I feel it depends on the directors; if they want to save revenue by cutting resources, then the remaining resources will suffer a lot without work-life balance.
Please give value to employees.
