It is definitely a company that cares about people, which makes it very rewarding to be a part of it on a daily basis. I feel very well compensated for my job, with payment and benefits above expected.
There is a lot of internal bureaucracy and a lot of pressure as well, which makes it emotionally overwhelming at times.
In my opinion, the amount of working hours is something quite surpassed. It should be around 36 to 40 hours a week.
That would relieve the pressure and give employees more time to study and become better.
