Dell is definitely a good place to work, where you can get well paid as well as enjoy your work as a developer. Dell is always updated with the latest technologies. Its applications/services are written neatly in code, so they can be easily understood and taken over by new joiners. Especially in my team, there were many experienced seniors when I joined. They are very skillful and helpful. I have learned many new and latest technologies here and have had great career growth too.
Due to its nature as a US Company that spreads in many countries, and as a developer working on applications that are used globally, it cannot be avoided to have many night meetings when we require communication with our counterparts in other time zones.
Maybe management should come out with something that could be better for employees in terms of night meetings solution.
