3. Good transportation.
4. Good IT support.

1. Most people hired as contractors, not permanent.
2. Use and throw resource policies.
3. Most good people moved out of the office.
4. No helping environment; rarely get help from seniors.
5. Ask for work updates frequently.
6. Manager will not come into any of your problems.
7. Feel very bad after joining Dell; very disappointing to join the company.
8. No real work-life balance.

Please take care of all the above things. Make sure some leads aren't disturbing other working people because of their reports. Provide enough time and help to the people so work will be efficient.
