Even if you see good comments and good tech in a recruitment description, it all depends on which team and which product you will work on. You can work with new tech in a cloud platform and in an amazing team, but you can also end up working in a 15+ year-old codebase with folks who do not respect you or trust your work.
Start valuing your current employees financially instead of just increasing offers to attract new ones. You can lose your current workforce to the market.
