High politics: Directors and Senior Managers (very specifically in Pune) have a corrupt and polluted mindset. Instead of betterment of the product, they just think about themselves and their relatives and friends whom they have referred and hired just like that. You could find so many relatives of Directors and Managers on the floor. Sometimes it feels like living in a joint family. LOL
