I joined as an experienced one in Dell EMC Pune. Previously, I worked with service-based companies. As everyone knows the work culture in service-based organizations, the case is completely different at Dell EMC. You will feel it's a cool and great atmosphere here.
The interview process is a little bit tough. I have gone through 5 rounds :)
Overall experience is too good. Management is good. Work-life balance is well maintained. If you work properly, no one will blame you. Nice colleagues.
Till now, I don't feel any cons. :) Just provide free food. :)
