I deal with relatively complex projects, and the entire business side ends up being quite fragile due to the absence of well-defined documentation and the centralization of knowledge in the minds of specific people.
All of this makes it very difficult for a new hire to get started. The introduction to the team also left much to be desired. For almost 2 months, it's easy to feel "forgotten" or not feel like part of the project you will be joining.
