Pros

The office space is in a good location in the Bay Area. Depending on the manager and group, you might get flexible work hours. I had a good manager and senior manager, so I was really lucky in that aspect. Intelligent people and good team members.

Cons

They are losing good talent and laying off people left and right every year instead of internally utilizing them in other teams or groups.

No professional growth or promotions. Worst health care benefits. No future stability, very disappointing.

Advice to Management

Try and retain good, talented people; they are not commodities. Top management is not responsive regarding the future plan of action and just lays off employees when it suits them.
