• The company is always listening to employee feedback.

• Working across different timezones can be difficult at times. Sometimes the only overlap for meetings is your evening, so you have to stay up late to attend them. Though, colleagues are mindful of that and will record the meeting for you.

• As a company grows bigger, there are more processes to follow. The bureaucracy is painful but necessary, as there are many layers of approval and compliance by cross-teams before we can deploy something.
