Pros

Free culture a lot, and not much interference from top management in work. Managed processes and no flexible structure and policies.

Cons

Delay in processes. There are not many downsides. It's a not highly paying company, just comparable with others.

Advice to Management

To make it a better workplace, we just need to make some more processes automatic.

There are some processes that should be carried out effectively so that employees are not much involved in extra activities that should be done by admin.
