I applied online from the website. I received a call from them in five days. I was then called to visit the Dell EMC office in Santa Clara. There were four rounds of whiteboard coding and one round of HR interview.

One day interview. Five rounds: Four technical rounds: 1. Software Architecture and Coding question. 2. Networking and Storage Networking protocols. 3. Coding and Algorithm questions, whiteboard and analysis. 4. Operating systems and Kernel / Drive

I only had two phone interviews: one with a Principal Engineer and one with a Director. In summary, when you get an employee referral, Dell's interview process is not that hard.
