Great culture, benefits, and management.
I have worked for quite a few technology companies, and I must say Dell EMC has an excellent educational services division.
I also love the culture here, and it is always very professional.
There is tons of room for career development if you take advantage of it.
There really aren’t any cons, and that’s why I have been here for over 14 years. If I had to say one con, but to be honest, it’s at any company, it would be that you have to be careful of others trying to advance their careers at your expense. But like I said, that’s at any tech company.
Other than that, it’s a fantastic company to work for.
Nothing, I have no complaints.
