Etios Consulting, in one word, I can say is the best. When I joined the company, they gave me the best trainer. Then, in 15 days, I got a project. I thought it was only for the first project, but when I was again on the bench, they searched for a project in 21 days. The major thing is, before I asked, they filed my H1B.
