Lousy working conditions and benefits
Salary and vacation time are good. Benefit packages aren't that great. If your spouse is on your plan and they can get their own insurance at their own company, you will be penalized for having them on yours.
Lousy agile environment. You don't have any workspace; you just sit at a table with all the other developers with no room for two monitors. You're not guaranteed you'll even have the same seat when you come in every day. Monitors you're issued may not even be usable if someone has already taken your seat.
The developers hate this agile environment. It's a poor man's workspace. Either do it right, or don't do it at all.
