Now, they had some office politics about converting interns to full-time, and they only converted interns who are from respected universities or universities with which they have tie-ups. If you are taking someone for 11 months, then you might as well convert them to FTE.
Only take interns that you are going to convert to full-time instead of taking in 20 and converting only 8.
