We had some talented individuals (still) on our team. They do seem to understand they're not in the same league as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc. Our direct management was good.
Complete cluelessness at software development. Heavyweight processes designed by individuals that know nothing about how competitive software companies operate. Dell simply can't attract the best talent.
