The various team just consists of a lot of senior people having more than 10 years of industrial experience. Thus, it becomes tough sometimes to get some people of the same age in the same team, so we need to check with other teams.
I know it's a time when companies are going down in context to stocks, but still, a raise in salaries should be considered in the near future. As per its brand name, Dell is not paying as high as other such branded companies pay.
