It was an on-campus opportunity. Initially, there was resume shortlisting, followed by an OA comprising 5 MCQs and 3 coding questions (LeetCode Medium). After that, we had the technical and managerial rounds, and then finally, the HR round.

Partial evaluation of candidates. They don't judge by skills; a person who doesn't know Python can also land a job as an SDE. There's no point in preparing for interviews; everything is luck.

I went through Dell Hack2Hire. First, an online assessment took place. Then, problem statements were given. We needed to present the solution to judges, and then an HR interview took place.
