Work-life balance. In the 6 years I have been with Dell, I have rarely had to work on weekends and holidays. I get to work from home without hassles. There are no specific in-out timings as long as you are completing your work on time and not missing important meetings.

A sort of centrally located office close to restaurants, malls, and pubs.

Great pay and hikes/bonuses; extra bucks via Invention Disclosures and merit-based awards.

Gym and Table Tennis facilities at work; a television and a well-equipped cafeteria for break times.

Little or no training provided; skill development is largely an individual's responsibility.

No trips onsite or easy options for transfer abroad.

No lavish spending on employees that other companies tend to do.

Great at execution; needs some more visionary leaders that can change the game.

Career planning could be better; currently, it's a bit ad hoc.
